We are showcasing a raft of new features on our flagship digital flexible packaging press, the Jet Press FP790, at Interpack 2026

We will return to Interpack, Dusseldorf this year, in Hall 8A Stand B66, to highlight a range of new developments to our Jet Press FP790 press, underlining its credentials as much more than a digital ‘add-on’ but as a mainstream solution suitable for taking on flexo and gravure jobs at increasingly long run lengths.

With four units now operational in three European countries and a further five on order, the press’s credentials as a mainstream flexible packaging solution are already secure. Now, a range of significant new upgrades make the case stronger still.

Interpack 2023

The Jet Press FP790 continues to showcase its strong productivity, emphasising its value as a mainstream flexo and gravure alternative. Jet Press FP790 customers are now moving flexo jobs under 9,000m to the Jet Press FP790, and in the case of gravure jobs – where set up time and costs are higher – customers have found that jobs of up to 22,000m are more suited to the Jet Press FP790. With developments to improve speed and performance still further now entering the beta testing phase,  the mainstream credentials of the press are set to grow even stronger.

In addition to PET and BOPP, the Jet Press FP790 can now handle a range of new substrates. These include: MDOPE and BOPE (from 20µm), Paper (up to 100gsm), and label stock. The maximum substrate thickness that can be accommodated has also been increased, up to 130µm (40µm in the case of films).

In addition to added substrate flexibility, the press also remains highly versatile when it comes to post production processing, able to slot straight into standard finishing processes with no specialist finishing treatments required.

Fujifilm will cover the cost of accommodation and all meals on 8 & 9 June (2 nights) and breakfast on the 10 June. Any additional costs (extra nights, room service, mini bar etc.) need to be settled by delegates on departure.

5UPER COLOUR Revoria Press SC285S

Our latest Revoria SC285S press is equipped with a one-pass five-colour print engine, in which one speciality toner can be used in addition to the CMYK toners. Clear, pink, gold, silver, white and textured toners can be used to produce added value print, with pink also expanding the colour gamut that can be achieved. 

The Revoria SC285S allows efficient use of space with a compact LED printhead and produces high-resolution print at 2400 x 2400 dpi.

5UPER COLOUR Revoria Press EC2100

The Revoria Press EC2100 & EC2100S printers incorporate a range of advanced technologies for groundbreaking performance, quality and application versatility. The Revoria EC2100S also heros a fifth colour to print wider colour gamuts and speciality effects, to help you stand out in an increasingly demanding market.

Revoria Press PC1120

Our flagship production press in the Revoria range, the Revoria PC1120, will be demonstrated live at The Print Show. NEW Acuity Triton featuring AQUAFUZE

Launched with the Acuity Triton printer at FESPA 2025, Fujifilm has introduced a groundbreaking ink technology, AQUAFUZE, that creates durable prints suitable for indoor and outdoor use without the need for a top coat. AQUAFUZE combines UV LED and water-based inkjet printing benefits, offering strong adhesion to various media without a primer, reduced energy consumption, and low-odour output.

The Acuity Triton, with a 1.6m print width, delivers high quality prints at speeds up to 17 sqm/hr, offering instant drying for immediate finishing.

Acuity Prime 30

Released in mid-2021, the Acuity Prime 30 is a stylishly designed flatbed printer that prints at unprecedented speeds with exceptionally high quality onto a range of rigid and flexible media. The flatbed machine, which is available with four, five or six ink channels, prints at widths of up to 2.54m on media up to a thickness of 51mm.

Labelexpo 2023

In the analogue area, live flexo plate production will be taking place using Fujifilm’s Flenex FW water-wash plates. This setup will showcase how fast and efficient high quality platemaking can be, with complete platemaking cycles taking less than 40 minutes. Alongside this, there will be demonstrations of Fujifilm’s LuXtreme LED UV system and CuremaX inks and varnishes, underlining Fujifilm’s expertise in providing sustainable, energy-efficient production solutions.

A dedicated presentation stage will host regular sessions on the benefits of Fujifilm’s analogue and digital solutions. These will include real-world customer success stories brought to life as partners and users take the stage to share how Fujifilm technologies have helped them grow and adapt. The Jet Press FP790, Fujifilm’s innovative water-based digital inkjet press designed for flexible packaging, offers a true alternative to flexo without compromising on quality or regulatory compliance. Fujifilm’s leading flagship B2 digital inkjet press, the Jet Press 750S, increasingly relevant for folding carton applications, will also be featured.

Also on show will be one of our new ‘5UPER COLOUR’ 5-colour presses. Launched recently in Europe, the highly anticipated mid-range Revoria Press SC285S features an additional speciality toner station to allow five-colour printing in one pass. Ideal for packaging producers, these ‘5UPER COLOUR’ presses offer high-speed output, excellent media flexibility, and impressive print quality that rivals offset, thanks to advanced toner technology and high-resolution laser imaging.

 

 

Fujifilm’s Imprinting Solutions will also be showcased on the stand, highlighting their versatility across a range of packaging applications. Built with scalable Samba printheads, these single-pass printbar solutions eliminate the need for repositioning and ensure seamless operation across different print widths and media types.

Sustainability remains a key theme throughout Fujifilm’s portfolio. From water-wash flexo plates and LED UV ink systems to low-energy, high-performance toner solutions, every innovation on display at Labelexpo has been developed with both performance and environmental responsibility in mind.

At the upcoming event, Fujifilm will be showcasing our expertise in large-format inkjet printing applications, featuring Acuity Triton, a 1.6m-wide inkjet printer developed in partnership with Mutoh. This advanced printer, powered by AQUAFUZE ink technology, offers exceptional quality at speeds of up to 15 sqm/hr, with instant drying for quick finishing, cutting, or laminating. AQUAFUZE ink technology combines the benefits of UV LED and water-based inkjet printing, providing low-energy consumption and reduced drying temperatures compared to traditional water-based systems. It also offers low odour output, improved jetting stability, and enhanced sustainability, making it a more sustainable and user-friendly solution for wide format printing applications.
