The key to the Jet Press 1160CFG’s advanced capability is a unique Paper Stabiliser Unit that ensures high coverage, 1200dpi quality print is delivered with consistent high quality and reliability.

This unique technology eliminates the two major challenges associated with water-based inkjet technologies used in high speed presses:
• Controlling the behaviour of a range of paper types
• Effective drying of inkjet printed paper

Advanced Paper Stabiliser Unit

Paper is often the most difficult variable in the printing process to control. It can react differently depending on the local humidity, temperature and other outside factors.

The Paper Stabiliser Unit is not a pre-coat or priming station. There are no consumables to apply, replenish or pay for. The paper stabiliser does exactly that, eliminating the stress and shocks that paper normally experiences in other inkjet presses.

Precisely controlled heating and cooling of the paper before printing conditions the paper for a smooth, stress-free progression through the press, to give the best possible printed result.

Before entering the imaging section, the paper goes through a pre-drying process which minimises rapid paper expansion and contraction within the press. The paper stabiliser helps to reduce paper curling and misalignment, ensuring a smooth and stable paper feed, thereby increasing registration accuracy, improving print quality and reducing waste.

The Jet Press 1160CFG won’t shrink away from a challenge

The paper stabiliser reduces the cycle of paper shrinking and swelling with each round of printing and drying. Dimensional stability is dramatically improved leading to accurate and reliable front to back registration.

Early intervention from the paper stabiliser reduces the stresses and strains on the paper as it is printed. Swelling and shrinking is eliminated improving the condition of the paper throughout the print process.

Minimise wavy sheets and books

The chance of producing wavy books is reduced too. This is essential for high quality print on coated stocks with higher ink coverage, which are the most susceptible to waviness. The phenomenon of swelling and shrinking is even more pronounced between areas of heavy ink coverage and non-image areas. The stresses of heating and cooling, wet and dry, are significantly reduced with the Jet Press 1160CFG, leading to flatter sheets and books. Less stress means flatter books.

Stabilised paper, represented by the green line, swells and shrinks less as it carries less moisture overall from the start of printing the first side, to the end of drying the back side.

Mediaflexibiliteit

The Jet Press 1160CFG paper stabiliser helps expand media compatibility including common offset stocks. You can also print on both thinner and thicker stocks, meaning you can take advantage of current paper stocks, simplifying inventory and reducing costs.

Prints beautifully on offset coated paper

The newly developed aqueous pigment ink prints beautifully on both coated and uncoated paper without a primer. By reducing moisture levels before printing, the Jet Press creates a less volatile environment for the paper with

lower changes in temperature and moisture content. Paper stabilisation reduces issues at the time of printing and down the line during post processing and finishing.

Avoid dirty guide rollers and print white spots

Without the paper stabiliser, ink can attack the paper coating by penetrating deep into the paper base. This leads to a weak surface that can be picked off the sheet making guide rollers dirty and leaving white spots in the print.

Stabilised paper has a more robust surface, avoiding white spots and providing better rub resistance of the finished print.

A press that combines high quality and high speed

The Jet Press 1160CFG has two modes relating to speed and quality. A High Quality (HQ) mode running at a 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution and a High Performance (HP) mode with a print resolution of 1200×600 dpi.

Fujifilm hybrid ink technology, optimised for continuous feed printing

The Jet Press 1160CFG, combined with Fujifilm’s hybrid ink, can print in both quality modes without the need for a primer. The patented hybrid ink formulation controls ink penetration, surface tension and coagulation to print at high speed with rapid drying, resulting in sharper dots and reducing strike through.

High definition and even dot shape for a better print result

Reducing moisture content during paper stabilisation improves dot shape and reduces graininess. The end result is higher productivity and a winning combination of better quality print, at higher resolutions, and at faster speeds.

Lower show through, the difference is striking

Another benefit of lower moisture content in the paper is reduced strike through on thinner paper stock. With less moisture due to the paper stabiliser, the ink stays nearer to the surface of the paper. Less penetration of the ink into the coating and paper fibres means lower show through.

This principle of early paper stabilisation with the Jet Press 1160CFG is far more effective than heated air or rollers alone during later stages of the print process. The result is a combination of high quality print and high production speeds with a consistency and efficiency not seen before in this type of press.

Consistent print that lasts

Great print needs to stay great and creating robust, long-lasting images needs great science. The Jet Press 1160CFG combines Fujifilm’s renowned hybrid ink chemistry and the unique physics of the paper stabiliser to bring outstanding print durability to high-speed inkjet.

Many presses printing high resolution on coated stocks need to slow down to 50 metres per minute or less. When paper is stabilised on the Jet Press 1160CFG, lower moisture content means the paper surface can withstand more power and run at higher speeds.

Image quality can suffer when jetting onto paper that has not been stabilised and moisture content is high. If the surface tension in the ink is disturbed by microscopic moisture elements in the paper, uneven dot shapes will make images appear grainy and text will be poorly defined too.

Super EA-Eco-toner

Bij Super EA-Eco-toner is de grootte van de tonerdeeltjes teruggebracht tot een van de kleinste in de branche en is de vorm gestandaardiseerd voor scherpe weergave van gedetailleerde tekens en fijn lijnwerk.

Daarnaast worden verlopen, halftonen en middentonen gedetailleerder en puntvormen natuurgetrouwer gereproduceerd, wat een uitzonderlijk hoge printkwaliteit geeft.

LED-printkop

De Revoria Press EC2100 & EC2100S maken gebruik van een LED-printkop met hoge resolutie, waarmee ze printwerk van uitzonderlijk hoge definitie produceren:

2400 x 2400 dpi LED-printkop
Levert uitvoer in hoge resolutie voor scherpe lijnen en beelden, wat printen in hoge definitie mogelijk maakt.

Ruimtebesparend, energiebesparend
De grootte van de LED-printkop is teruggebracht tot 1/12 van die van de vorige generatie VCSEL-ROS die voorheen werd gebruikt. Omdat de printkop geen motor heeft, verbruikt hij weinig stroom, maakt hij geen geluid en is de beeldreproductie zeer stabiel.

Om de hoge beeldkwaliteit te bereiken die nodig is voor productieprinters, hebben we de ontwikkel- en transferunits en daaraan gekoppelde technologieën verbeterd en doorontwikkeld.

Realtime, intelligente printoptimalisatie

De Revoria Press EC2100 en EC2100S zijn voorzien van optionele slimme monitorfunctie D1 die de kleur en registernauwkeurigheid van de voor- en achterzijde van printopdrachten monitort tijdens het printen.

Nieuwe bias transferband

Het gebruik van een nieuw Bias Transfer Band-systeem (BTB) in plaats van de conventionele Bias Transfer Rol (BTR) maakt het papiertransport stabieler en dus betrouwbaarder, zodat u nog meer toepassingen kunt printen. Het nieuwe systeem past de nipdruk automatisch aan op basis van de dikte van het papier, wat de overdracht van de toner verbetert. Dit mechanisme is nieuw voor de Revoria EC2100 & EC2100S en produceert een superieure printkwaliteit, met name op reliëfpapier.

Transfermechanisme aan voorrand

Fujifilm heeft de EC2100 & EC2100S uitgerust met een vliegwiel dat de transferbandrol een traagheidskracht geeft voor een stabiele aandrijving. De rotatie van het vliegwiel en de traagheidskracht onderdrukken de trillingen van de transferband, waardoor een stabiele overdracht van media wordt verkregen, zelfs bij zwaar papier.

Nieuwe ontwikkeltechnologie

Verslechtering van de ontwikkelaar is een van de redenen waarom de printkwaliteit na een bepaalde periode onstabiel kan worden. Bij conventionele horizontale markeermodules kan een deel van het ontwikkelingsmateriaal dat is gebruikt opnieuw naar de ontwikkelrol gaan, wat de printkwaliteit nadelig kan beïnvloeden.

In het nieuwe verticale ontwikkelsysteem dat in de EC2100 & EC2100S wordt gebruikt, wordt het ontwikkelingsmateriaal vernieuwd voordat het wordt teruggevoerd naar de ontwikkelrol. Op deze manier is al het gebruikte ontwikkelingsmateriaal altijd ververst en in optimale conditie, waardoor de Revoria EC2100 & EC2100S ook na verloop van tijd mooi blijven printen, vooral op dik, ruw en reliëfpapier.

Toonaangevende mogelijkheden voor papierverwerking

De Revoria Press EC2100 en EC2100S hebben nu een reeks geavanceerde markeertechnologieën met verbeterde papierverwerkingsmogelijkheden, waardoor meer soorten toepassingen kunnen worden geprint en de inzetbaarheid van de machine toeneemt voor een breed scala aan

Reliëfpapier, ruw papier, dik papier
Het nieuw ontwikkelde Advanced Single Layer Belt (A-SLB), secundaire transferschakelmechanisme, in combinatie met de tonerconditiestabilisatie hebben de overdracht van toner op reliëfpapier en dik papier aanzienlijk verbeterd.

Gewoon papier, ruw papier
Door zowel de beeldvormings- als beeldtransfertechnologieën te verbeteren, hebben we de printkwaliteit verbeterd voor gewoon en ruw papier. Daarnaast hebben we voor elke papiersoort een optimale transfertechnologie ontwikkeld voor stabilisatie van de elektrische velden, waardoor met een meer uniforme dichtheid kan worden geprint.

Dik papier, enveloppen
Twee nieuwe technologieën voor papiertransfer leveren een toonaangevend papierverwerkingsvermogen voor dik papier en enveloppen:

• Nieuw secundair transfermechanisme wijzigt de druk waarmee het papier wordt vastgehouden op basis van de dikte van het papier
• variabel mechanisme op basis van transferkoppel stabiliseert de papieraanvoer

Dun papier
Het gebruik van een transferband in plaats van een rol verhoogt de veelzijdige inzetbaarheid van printen op dun papier.

Ansichtkaarten
Door het gebied buiten de papierbaan te blokkeren met een schot, wordt de papieradsorptie verbeterd en de verwerkingsstabiliteit van ansichtkaarten in de printer

Aanvullende technologieën voor papierverwerking

Elektrostatische neutralisator
De optionele elektrostatische neutralisator D1 neutraliseert de effecten van statische elektriciteit aanzienlijk op een breed scala aan media, waaronder enkellaags folies, synthetisch papier, waterbestendig papier en kleefpapier.
De waarde kan worden ingesteld van 0 tot 99 en kan ook worden bijgesteld tijdens productie.

Krulcorrectie
Een compacte, ingebouwde ontkruller beoordeelt en corrigeert pagina voor pagina in realtime automatisch de krulvorming van het papier, veroorzaakt door de papiersoort of beelddichtheid. Dit maakt een hoogwaardige uitvoer mogelijk met stabiel papiertransport en krulcorrectie.
De optionele interface ontkrulmodule D1 biedt extra krulcorrectiestappen, waardoor wordt bespaard op de tijd die nodig is voor aanpassingen als de printmedia vaak worden gewijzigd.

Inlegapparaat met opneemzuiger

Het optionele inlegapparaat met opneemzuiger verbetert de invoerprestaties van stofrijk papier, voorbedrukt papier met poeder, papier met een ongelijke structuur en gestreken papier.

Er wordt een stabiele en snelle invoer bereikt voor verschillende papiersoorten, van lichte tot zware en kleine vellen en baniervellen.

Stappen naar duurzamer printen

De Revoria Press EC2100 en EC2100S zijn uitgerust met een aantal energiebesparende functies, zoals de LED-printkop en Super EA-Eco-toner die het energieverbruik tijdens het printen minimaliseren.

De printers hebben ook de certificering ‘Superieure ontinktbaarheid’ ontvangen van de gerenommeerde brancheorganisatie INGEDE, wat betekent dat de toner gemakkelijk kan worden verwijderd uit het printwerk dat met deze printers is geproduceerd. Dit garandeert dat al het printwerk gemakkelijker kan worden gerecycled en verbetert de duurzaamheid van de printers verder.

De uitvoer van de Revoria Press EC2100 & EC2100S is getest conform INGEDE Methode 11 en beoordeeld volgens de ‘Beoordeling van recyclebaarheid printwerk – ontinktbaarheidscore’ (EPRC 2017).

Onderscheid uw bedrijf met printwerk van meerwaarde

Met de Revoria EC2100S kunt u printwerk met toegevoegde waarde leveren door naast CMYK gebruik te maken van bijzondere toners als vijfde kleur. Deze bijzondere toners kunnen over CMYK-kleuren worden geprint en eenvoudig worden gewisseld door de gebruiker.

De waarde van roze toner

Het kleurengamma uitbreiden

CMYK + roze verruimt het kleurengamma van rode en blauwe tinten, zodat levendigere kleuren kunnen worden geprint. Hiermee kunnen vooral levendige oranje en blauwviolette tinten worden geprint die met alleen CMYK niet mogelijk zijn. Zo kunt u ook printwerk produceren dat meer lijkt op de RGB-kleuren.

Daarnaast kunt u met de functie ‘Use Specialty Toner in RGB Simulation’ (RGB-simulatie bijzondere toner) roze, oranje en paarse kleuren helderder en levendiger printen, waardoor die nog beter gelijken op de kleuren die in RGB zichtbaar zijn op uw scherm.

Huidtinten verbeteren

Huidtinten in elke kleurtoon zijn subtieler en minder korrelig als u ook roze opneemt in de configuratie. Bovendien zorgt de unieke functie ‘Use Pink Toner to Brighten Up’ (kleuren opfleuren) in Revoria Flow ervoor dat huidtinten nog levendiger en mooier kunnen worden geprint.

De waarde van vernistoner

Met een vernistoner kunt u in perfect register een verniseffect printen op specifieke gebieden, voor opvallend, creatief en gepersonaliseerd printwerk. Dit kan ook een luxe uitstraling geven aan subtiele patronen en achtergronden, of in CMYK geprinte beelden opfleuren.

Met de vernistoner kunt u verfraaiing creëren, zoals glans of textuureffecten, of watermerken en achtergrondeffecten aanbrengen, zodat uw ontwerpen moeilijker te kopiëren zijn. De doorzichtige toner kan worden gecombineerd met CMYK-printwerk om een glanzende, gladdere afwerking en een vernisachtig effect te krijgen.

Kleuren afstemmen op eerder werk

The printer supports a wide range of paper sizes, from 148 x 98 mm (smaller than a postcard) up to 1200 x 330mm banner paper. The Multi Sheet Inserter for banner printing can print single-sided long paper from 660 x 330mm up to 1200 x 330mm, depending on the configuration, and duplex long paper up to 864 x330 mm, opening up new application and business opportunities. The Revoria Press SC180 & SC170 perform alignment adjustments to prevent paper skew or mis-registration which can often occur for longer banner papers to
ensure ultra-reliable operation.

High Quality

10-bit processing and half tone smoothing

10-bit processing results in up to 1024 halftones (instead of 256 with an 8-bit system) meaning extra control and higher quality reproduction can be achieved. In addition, graduation correction is used on images and vector graphics, faithfully reproducing fine tints, gradations of colour and subtle blends between colours. This is especially valuable when printing colour gradients, skin tones and shadows.

2400 dpi resolution and excellent registration

The VCSEL-ROS laser provides 2400 dpi print resolution while the energy efficient EA-Eco toner* achieves superb results on either coated or uncoated paper to deliver high quality images comparable to offset printing. In addition, the front/back registration of up to 0.5mm (0.8mm from standard trays) ensures high quality duplex printing.

Automation with inline sensor

The Revoria Press EC1100 has an inline sensor which automatically makes adjustments for a number of critical production parameters, including the image-to-media alignment, image transfer, density uniformity and tone reproduction curve.

This saves time, optimises quality and improves the efficiency of production for simple, more reliable operation. This is particularly useful for longer banner paper, which has a tendency to skew or suffer from mis-registration without these automated adjustments.

Optimise print conditions for each paper type with built in media library

Minimise adjustments when setting up print jobs by using pre-registered paper type settings in the media library such as voltage and curl. Alternatively, you can customise the pre-loaded recommended paper list and save up to 1,000 different paper type setting for faster setup.

Auto sheet clearing after paper jam

Significantly reduce the time taken to clear a paper jam with the automated clearing of the remaining paper after a jam. When a paper jam does occur, offset pages are inserted to identify any missing or repeated pages.

The Acuity Prime Hybrid is a true Hybrid machine, which means there is no
trade-off and none of the compromise that you would find in an older machine when switching between both rigid and roll media.

Up to 7 channels

The Acuity Prime Hybrid can be configured with up to 7 channels, with CMYK as standard, and optional White, Clear and Primer, and produces stunning quality print, able to produce droplet sizes down to 7pL. It handles flexible and rigid media up 51 mm thick, and roll media up to 2m wide, and benefits from an ultra-reliable and long lasting air cooled LED UV curing system.

It features a 4 zone vacuum system, and can produce print at speeds up to 141m2/hr. The printer is suitable for an incredibly wide range of applications, but can also be configured with an optional primer, extending the range of applications that can be printed even further.

Safety features

The Acuity Prime Hybrid also has a range of built-in safety features designed to maximise print uptime, which include anti-collision protection, with crash sensors deployed at both ends of the carriage, and an ioniser bar that reduces static on the media surface. Like the Acuity Prime, the printer also benefits from remote operation.

The Jet Press FP790 digital press has been designed to be suitable for mainstream flexible packaging applications, thanks to a number of key features. Firstly, the Jet Press FP790 digital press produces ultra-high print quality, wide gamut print similar to the Jet Press 750S, making it possible to convert analogue flexo and rotogravure jobs to digital.

The maximum substrate width is 790mm (31 inches) with a productivity of 50 m/min (164 feet per minute), no matter the number of colours. The high machine uptime and ability to change printing jobs and design adjustments within a matter of minutes contribute to the overall improvement of production efficiency of the entire factory.

Critically, the Jet Press FP790 is also able to fit into existing production processes with no other capital investments, along with being a much more sustainable solution than its analogue counterparts.

Fits existing production processes

With the challenging demands of the flexible packaging market, particularly the short turnaround times and regulatory requirements, Fujifilm has carried out extensive testing of printed output from the Jet Press FP790 with various laminating, slitting and finishing processes, to ensure customers of the press are in the best possible position to maximise the production opportunities from day one.

Fujifilm extensively tested Henkel’s renowned portfolio of laminating adhesives to ensure compatibility with the Jet Press FP790 ink as well as verify adhesion properties and lamination performance in post-press production, to guarantee the highest quality output. Given the excellent results and positive outcomes from these rigorous tests, Henkel’s solvent-free laminating adhesives are Fujifilm’s recommended solution for use with the Jet Press FP790.

Fujifilm also successfully tested Nordmeccanica’s Simplex range of two-layer laminating machines for solvent-less adhesives. The environmental benefits of the Jet Press FP790, combined with Henkel’s solvent-free adhesives and Nordmeccanica’s solvent-less lamination technology, delivers a truly sustainable production solution. In addition, it will enable packaging converters to remain compliant with the increasingly stringent environmental regulations that are now commonplace throughout the industry.

By collaborating with renowned and leading manufacturers of pre-press and post-press
technologies, Fujifilm can clearly demonstrate that its new Jet Press FP790 is fully compatible and integrates effortlessly into existing production environments offering a ‘plug and play’ digital solution that delivers the highest quality finished packaging with minimal testing, training or setup.

XMF Packaging – powered by HYBRID Software

Fujifilm’s Jet Press FP790 will feature a unique, smart Digital Front End (DFE) and unified workflow solution developed specifically by HYBRID Software to optimise the productivity and output of Fujifilm’s press.

This new XMF Packaging DFE is the first of its kind to be developed by a software company for use in the packaging market, and is a result of a close working partnership between Fujifilm’s R&D team and HYBRID’s specialist software developers.

Based on proven technology, the web-based,open architecture production workflow offers fully automated pre-press functionality to ensure the Jet Press FP790 press offers accelerated turnaround times, maximum productivity and reduced operating costs. In addition, its modular configuration allows for greater workflow expansion and upstream customisation to cater for specific user requirements.

A more sustainable print process

Fujifilm employs environmentally friendly water-based primers and inkjet technologies, which meet or exceed all regulatory requirements for flexible packaging printing. The Jet Press FP790 is also able to minimise waste, reduce the number of consumables associated with traditional analogue production, and totally eliminate all elements of the plate-making process.

Wide colour gamut and ultra-high quality

Using 1200 X 1200 dpi resolutions with CMYK inks, the Jet Press FP790 can achieve more than 90% of the Pantone® colour gamut, while also using two white ink channels for delivering high white opacity, all achieved with unprecedented colour stability. The wide colour gamut allows converters to achieve special brand and spot colour matching with no need for additional special inks.

Combined with an industrial build quality, a linear motor head carriage drive and Fujifilm’s high performance Uvijet UH inks, the very best print quality is guaranteed.

Heavy duty chassis

Like the Acuity Ultra R2, the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED is built on a substantial welded steel construction, together with solid steel bars, which contribute to the machine’s 8.3T weight. This design not only delivers a robust construction, it also ensures that the printer displays very little vibration during operation, further enhancing print quality.

Linear motor head carriage drive

Many hybrid printers use a belt drive to move the print carriage, often resulting in a reduced life span as well as impacting print quality. The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED uses a linear motor drive for the head carriage delivering travel speeds of 1900mm per second when using the fast carriage travel speed. The carriage movement is quiet and free from vibration, travelling along dual rails with the carriage supported by 6 large race bearings.

Designed with the operator in mind

A range of advanced features have also been incorporated into the design of the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED to improve operation and maximise uptime. These include:

Media tension buttons controlling the roll functions of the machine are located on both the input and output sides for ease of use
The input media roller is adjustable, moving up and down, for improved tension, and to help keep the roll media flat and wrinkle free
The durable aluminium media shafts cater for either single 3.3m rolls, or two rolls each up to 1.6m wide. The printer uses a special airshaft which allows two rolls of the same media having different diameters to be run at the same time

Uvijet UH ink

Fujifilm has developed a new high performance LED curing ink for use in the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED, specifically designed to give the adhesion performance needed in a hybrid solution. However, the ink still delivers the same high coverage and print quality as Fujifilm’s other Uvijet AU and GS inks, with customers also able to benefit from the same low ink usage.

The Uvijet UH ink set consists of six standard colours (CMYKLcLm) and an optional white ink. The printer can be configured with two white ink channels to maximise throughput speeds and print density.

The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED with white ink allows flood white under-printing for non-white media, over-printing white for backlit applications on transparent media and/or printing white as a spot colour. The new ink range has both Greenguard Gold and AgBB certification.

Ultra-versatile

The combination of intelligent design features and Fujifilm’s new Uvijet UH high performance ink, ensures that the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED is one of the most versatile platforms on the market, able to produce an unrivalled range of applications at both high quality and high speed.

Print on rigid media with ease

The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED’s belt transport and intelligent vacuum systems are truly unique, meaning it can print on a range of rigid substrates previously only possible on dedicated flatbed systems.

This means low cost Correx products for short term signage applications such as for sale signs and building hoardings, can be printed at high speed with multiple panels (up to 5 across the bed) continually printed with a single operator.

Double up with multi-layer capability

In addition, the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED can print onto Dibond and Acrylics, utilising multilayer printing and white for reverse printing, and two sided applications.

These applications take advantage of the superb transport system and accurate dot placement, and can deliver high margins and additional revenues, previously only possible with a dedicated printer.

Two rolls at once

The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED can also print 2 x 1.6m rolls, even with different diameters, as the shafts have a differential in the middle meaning the rolls can spin at different speeds.

All rolls are transported perfectly through the printer, producing high quality results on materials such as self-adhesive vinyl, pop up materials for roller banners, floor graphics and billboard paper all delivered at high speed.

Highlights are a clear winner

For both rigid and roll, the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED can also print white on a wide range of clear materials such as clear self-adhesive PVC, optically clear polyester and polypropylene – all high margin applications for retail applications.

It also capable of printing on wall covering materials, either short rolls up to 1.6m with a textured finish, or on 3.2m seamless wallcoverings for business applications such as hotels and retail spaces.

Short runs to maximise productivity

Roll feeders located on the tables mean many short run applications can be printed economically, with very little waste material and fast change-around times, making the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED a truly versatile production system.

Stable paper feed, whatever the substrate type

The ApeosPro C Series printers are incredibly versatile, thanks to a number of key features:

A built-in sensor detects any misalignment of paper traveling at high speeds andautomatically corrects it
By adjusting the force applied to the paper according to the paper thickness, a stable paper feed and high registration accuracy are achieved, even with thicker cardstock
A built-in decurler flattens any possible paper curl, which helps guarantee the stable feed of paper. In addition, as an option, the printers can monitor any paper curl that is present, and make adjustments in real time to further minimise any potential paper feed inconsistencies.
The optimum output conditions for each paper type, such as the
transfer conditions, can be registered and stored (maximum: 100)
so that high quality output can be achieved efficiently simply by selecting the correct paper type.
