We are delighted to present details of our third European Partner Conference, exclusively open to Authorised Fujifilm Partners only.
Over the course of two days, we will share details of Fujifilm’s strategy, roadmap updates, success stories and the latest tools and resources available for Fujifilm partners.
We sincerely hope that you will join us in Vienna on 8 & 9 June to meet with fellow partners and Fujifilm executives and be inspired by our vision and strategy, whilst enjoying the beautiful facilities and surroundings of the Hilton Waterfront and Hilton Plaza.

Travel: The airport that is closest to the conference venue is Vienna International Airport, also called Vienna-Schwechat Airport. We kindly ask you to cover the costs of flights and ground transportation to and from Vienna. Once at the venue, costs will be covered by Fujifilm.
Dates: 8, 9 June 2026
Timing: The conference will take place over two days (8th & 9th June) and we have arranged evening programmes and overnight accommodation for both nights. Please plan to arrive by 12.00 on 8th June, and stay until the morning of 10th June to make the most of the experience. More details on the agenda will follow in due course.

The Conference venue is the Hilton Waterfront Hotel in Vienna.
The Hilton Vienna Waterfront Hotel features excellent conference facilities, including a beautiful ballroom, all set in a stunning location next to the Danube River. Guests can enjoy modern, spacious conference rooms with river views. Lunch and refreshments will be served on the sunny terraces, overlooking the water. This stylish hotel perfectly combines professional convenience with relaxing networking opportunities, making it ideal for both business and pleasure.
Accommodation
Bedroom accommodation for our esteemed partners has been arranged at the beautiful Hilton Plaza in the centre of Vienna (only a short journey from the Conference venue).
Fujifilm will cover the cost of accommodation and all meals on 8 & 9 June (2 nights) and breakfast on the 10 June. Any additional costs (extra nights, room service, mini bar etc.) need to be settled by delegates on departure.

Should you wish to register more than 2 people from your company, please contact your partner manager and we will add the names to a reserve list. Please register each person individually.
