We will be showcasing our extensive range of digital print solutions at The Print Show 2024

Our 240m² stand will be the largest single exhibitor stand for the second year running and will demonstrate the breadth of our digital inkjet and toner solutions, spanning the commercial, wide format and packaging print sectors.

We will be exhibiting the Revoria SC285S toner press for the first time in the UK!  Capable of 5-colour printing, with a special pink colour incorporated, the Revoria SC285S expands the colour gamut and vividly expresses skin tones. Keep reading to find out more about our exciting new toner press.

Het beste van inkjet en toner

Oplossingen voor bedrijfsdrukwerk

In de wereld van bedrijfsdrukwerk hebben we een groot en groeiend aanbod digitale tonerpersen, waarbij onze Revoria PC1120 6-kleurenpers toonaangevend is qua prestaties. Onlangs hebben we hier de Revoria GC12500 B2 drogetonerpers aan toegevoegd, wat deze lijn een nieuwe dimensie geeft. Al deze persen zijn te zien op onze drupa-stand. Maar we gaan nog verder. We demonstreren namelijk twee nieuwe modellen uit deze toch al krachtige lijn. En natuurlijk demonstreren we ook de Jet Press 750S High Speed Model. Grootformaat printoplossingen

In de afgelopen drie jaar hebben we onze Acuity-lijn grootformaatprinters volledig opnieuw vormgegeven, waarbij de Acuity Prime- en Acuity Ultra-series zijn uitgebreid met krachtige hybride opties. Zowel de Acuity Prime Hybrid en Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED zijn te zien op drupa 2024, waarbij de laatste wordt gedemonstreerd met een aantal opwindende nieuwe functies en functionaliteiten.

Fujifilm heeft afgelopen jaar zijn toonaangevende inkjettechnologieën en kennis toegepast op flexibele verpakkingspersen met de lancering van de Jet Press FP790. Deze pers is ontworpen voor algemene flexibele verpakkingen en biedt drukkerijen en verpakkingsproducenten de mogelijkheid om zich aan te passen aan de veranderende marktdynamiek van kleinere oplagen, levenscycli, snellere levertijden en duurzamere productiemethoden. Deze pers is voor het eerst live te zien op de Fujifilm-stand op drupa 2024 en demonstreert de uitstekende, hoogwaardige productie van 50 m/min (ongeacht de inktkleuren), en naadloze aanpassing aan bestaande productieomgevingen.

Imprintoplossingen

Onze digitale persen worden aangevuld met een toonaangevende lijn imprintoplossingen waarmee u digitaal inkjetprinten rechtstreeks integreert in bestaande analoge productielijnen voor een breed scala aan print- en industriële toepassingen. Fujifilm baseert deze oplossingen op zijn toonaangevende Samba-printkoppen en kan alle componenten leveren die nodig zijn om een digitale oplossing te integreren met een bestaande productielijn: printkop en printstation; inkten & substraten; elektronica en software; print- en transportsystemen. Live Event

We are delighted to invite you to join Fujifilm at a Packaging Open House event on the 12, 13, 14 and 15th February 2024 at the site of our first Jet Press FP790 digital flexible packaging press installed in the UK. The event will showcase our extensive range of analogue and digital packaging solutions.

LIVE DEMONSTRATION

The open house will feature a workshop led by Europe’s first Jet Press FP790 customer. Fujifilm’s ground-breaking digital flexible packaging press was officially launched at Interpack 2023, and the first European beta trial has been hugely successful. The customer will share their experiences working with the press, details of their wider partnership with Fujifilm, and will conduct a demonstration of the machine in action.

In addition to the Jet Press FP790, we will be showcasing our flexo product range, including live
demonstrations of our Flenex water-wash plates, plus first hand feedback from the plate production team. You will also benefit from the opportunity to visit a local UV LED label printer who will demonstrate our LuXtreme LED curing system and CuremaX Inks. There will also be an opportunity to see in-house platemaking at this customer site.

WORKSHOPS

A range of workshops will also take place, with topics to include: the future of inkjet technology for packaging; a showcase of printed samples; presentations from Fujifilm partners Nordmeccanica, Infigo, Henkel, Hybrid and many more, as well as further live  print demonstrations on the Jet Press FP790.

We showcased the latest developments to our wide format range at Viscom Italia 2023

We demonstrated the exceptional capabilities of the latest models in our wide format range, the Acuity Prime L and the Acuity Prime Hybrid (now commercially available in Europe), at Viscom Italia 2023. Like the rest of the models in our new Acuity range, these printers are designed to increase commercial opportunities for large format printing businesses, delivering high quality, impressive productivity, and unmatched versatility.

Key features include six vacuum zones, 16 media location pins, and a dual zone function enabling simultaneous side-by-side job printing.

The Acuity Prime Hybrid is poised to fulfil the needs of print service providers using diverse rigid and flexible media types such as Dibond, foamboard, acrylic, and polyester, across numerous applications. With standard four-colour (CMYK) options, the printer employs the same highly pigmented inks that have gained accolades in the Acuity Prime series. The precision of small ink droplets and pinpoint placement ensures unparalleled quality, even when operating at high speeds.
