These innovative solutions have been tailored to meet the diverse needs of different market segments, providing unmatched versatility, productivity, and quality.

Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro

NEW Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro

The Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro is a versatile and productive solution for print businesses, allowing users to handle long, short, or ultra-short run jobs on both roll and rigid media. With patented Fujifilm ink technology, this printer offers exceptional print quality with low ink consumption. It features a 3.3m print width, robust Kyocera printheads, and a CMYK + Lc Lm W ink configuration for outstanding colour accuracy.

The printer can be integrated with a new automation system for high volume production, offering options for half or full automation and efficient material handling. The Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro will be commercially available soon after FESPA.

Single pass solutions for sign and display

Fujifilm & Barberan

NEW HS3000 and HS6000

Fujifilm and Barberan have developed single pass inkjet solutions for the sign and display market, including the high-speed HS6000 and the newly launched HS3000 with lower volume capabilities. These printers offer a new generation of single pass print technology, featuring high resolution printheads and small droplet sizes for improved quality and speed. The machines can be configured based on individual preferences and business needs, with options for manual feed or automated systems. Fujifilm provides multiple ink sets for various applications, allowing printing on many media types without the need for a primer.

This reduces consumables, lowers energy consumption and decreases overall cost per copy. The printers consist of five core elements – feeder, primer, print engine, overprint varnish, and stacker – with numerous configuration options available for customization.

An interactive configurator will be showcased at the stand for potential customers to tailor the machine to their requirements, and an open house event in the summer will allow interested parties to learn more about these innovative solutions.

Featuring AQUAFUZE ink technology

Acuity Triton

NEW Acuity Triton featuring AQUAFUZE

Fujifilm introduces a groundbreaking ink technology, AQUAFUZE, that creates durable prints suitable for indoor and outdoor use without the need for a top coat. AQUAFUZE combines UV LED and water-based inkjet printing benefits, offering strong adhesion to various media without a primer, reduced energy consumption, and low-odour output. Launching with the Acuity Triton printer at FESPA, the Japanese-manufactured machine harnesses AQUAFUZE to provide cost-effective, energy-efficient printing.

The Acuity Triton, with a 1.6m print width, delivers high-quality prints at speeds up to 15 sqm/hr, offering instant drying for immediate finishing. AQUAFUZE’s low-temperature drying minimises nozzle blockages and reduces energy consumption, making it ideal for sustainable businesses of all sizes.

The Acuity Triton will be available through dealers, welcoming wide-format customers to explore this innovative solution at FESPA. Roll-out will occur regionally, based on existing dealership agreements, with more details to be provided at the event.
