The Acuity Prime L is a large size LED UV flatbed benefiting from all of the features of the standard Acuity Prime, being designed with the user in mind whilst offering a competitive ROI. It is very easy to operate, and produces high quality results at high speeds. The Acuity Prime L provides a larger size table for printers that need to combine high productivity and high quality printing on larger sheet sizes. It features 6 vacuum zones and 16 media location pins, as well as the ability to print side by side jobs with its dual zone function

Dedicated flatbed design
The dedicated flatbed design with media registration pins ensures accurate registration for edge-to-edge printing and tiling of large layouts over multiple boards, even with multiple print passes.
High quality
Greyscale printheads in a staggered configuration deliver near-photographic image quality that is consistent over the whole bed.
Colour channel options
The Acuity Prime can be configured with either 4,5,6 or 7 colour channels. The channels are populated with ink sets that best suit your application needs, including CMYK, white, clear and a jettable primer for excellent adhesion to more industrial media types.
Print mode
A range of print modes are available to provide different levels of quality and speed, depending on the specific job requirements.

Static bars
The ionising bars reduce the effects of static on some synthetic materials.
Hands-free cleaning
An optional Automatic Printhead Maintenance System reduces the amount of manual cleaning required. The automatic process is clean and consistent.

A highly versatile production workhorse
Met een uitstekende beeldkwaliteit en uitstekende hechting op een breed scala aan harde en flexibele media, materialen en objecten, kan de Acuity Prime een verbazingwekkende verscheidenheid aan gedrukte producten produceren voor zowel veraf als dichtbij bekijken.
Typische toepassingen
Produceer grafische afbeeldingen voor verkooppunten, binnenbewegwijzering, industriële grafische afbeeldingen en productdecoratie, en druk rechtstreeks af op harde of flexibele vellen, objecten of voorgesneden media.
Materialen
Print op PVC, polycarbonaat, acryl, papier, karton, aluminiumcomposiet en vele andere materialen. Dankzij de jettable primeroptie is hechting op moeilijkere industriële media zoals glas, metaal en hout mogelijk.
Inktcapaciteit
Gebruik transparante inkt om meer impact te creëren met een spot of flood clear, en witte inkt om afbeeldingen op transparante of gekleurde materialen te produceren.
