We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Partner Conference, which will be held from 19th to 21st May 2025. The event will take place in Madrid, Spain with a theme of “Empowering Growth”. Our aim is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to help you grow your business and strengthen our partnership.

Throughout the three days, you will have the opportunity to engage with Fujifilm executives and fellow partners, participate in insightful sessions and interactive workshops, and explore new strategies that can drive mutual success. We have lined up an exciting agenda that promises to deliver valuable insights and inspiration.

Event key details

Location: Madrid

Conference venue: The Intercontinental Hotel

Travel: The airport that is closest to the conference venue is Madrid International Airport, also called Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas. We kindly ask you to cover the costs of flights and ground transportation to and from the Conference venue.  Once at the venue, costs will be covered by Fujifilm.

Dates: 19^th, 20^th, 21^st May 2025

Timing: The conference will take place over three days, starting from lunch time on the 19^th May, and finishing around lunch time on the 21^st May. More details on the agenda will follow in due course.

Dress code: Conference: smart casual / Gala dinner (20^th evening): business suit

• The accommodation for the conference will be split over two hotels, with your allocation confirmed nearer the time:
• • The Intercontinental Hotel
  • The Hyatt Regency Hesperia (a 5-minute walk from the conference venue).

Fujifilm will cover the cost of accommodation and all meals on 19, 20 & 21 (2 nights). Any additional costs (extra nights, room service, mini bar etc.) need to be settled by delegates on departure.
