Ka\u017ed\u00fd typ inkoustu, a\u0165 u\u017e na b\u00e1zi ekologick\u00fdch rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel, latexov\u00fd nebo UV, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed kompromisy.<\/p>\n<p>S technologi\u00ed AQUAFUZE p\u0159edstavila spole\u010dnost Fujifilm nov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k chemii inkoustu, kter\u00fd kombinuje to nejlep\u0161\u00ed z vodn\u00edch a UV vytvrzovac\u00edch technologi\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed mnoho jejich dlouholet\u00fdch omezen\u00ed. Nikdy jsem neza\u010dal s my\u0161lenkou, \u017ee budu pracovat s inkoustov\u00fdmi tisk\u00e1rnami, ale perspektiva v\u011bdy o materi\u00e1lech, kterou jsem byl schopen p\u0159in\u00e9st, byla kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzev v oblasti v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje inkoustov\u00fdch tisk\u00e1ren.<\/p>\n<p>Jednou z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch t\u011bchto v\u00fdzev byla stabilizace materi\u00e1l\u016f vytvrzovan\u00fdch UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm v syst\u00e9mu na b\u00e1zi vody. To je n\u011bco, co se pr\u016fmysl sna\u017e\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161it ji\u017e l\u00e9ta. Voda a UV monomery se p\u0159irozen\u011b nem\u00edchaj\u00ed \u2013 jsou chemicky neslu\u010diteln\u00e9. Jejich spojen\u00ed do stabiln\u00ed, tisknuteln\u00e9 a vytvrditeln\u00e9 formy n\u00e1m trvalo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 deset let v\u00fdzkumu ve v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch a v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch centrech Fujifilm v Japonsku.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme za\u010dali vyv\u00edjet AQUAFUZE, z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b jsme se rozhodli vyhnout se kompromis\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jsme vid\u011bli v existuj\u00edc\u00edch inkoustov\u00fdch technologi\u00edch. N\u011bkter\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na b\u00e1zi vody a UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na trhu se spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na ve vod\u011b rozpustn\u00e9 fotoinici\u00e1tory a monomery, kter\u00e9 jsou n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k degradaci a mohou zkr\u00e1tit \u017eivotnost. Jin\u00e9, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad latexov\u00e9 inkousty, vy\u017eaduj\u00ed velmi vysok\u00e9 teploty vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e omezuje v\u00fdb\u011br m\u00e9di\u00ed a zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1klady na energii. Tradi\u010dn\u00ed inkousty vytvrzovan\u00e9 UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm jsou sice odoln\u00e9, ale nespl\u0148uj\u00ed stejn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na zdrav\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnost, pokud jde o z\u00e1pach a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed ozna\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dne\u0161n\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdvoji AQUAFUZE jsme si tedy byli v\u011bdomi, \u017ee mus\u00edme p\u0159ijmout z\u00e1sadn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup z hlediska v\u011bdy o materi\u00e1lech \u2013 vyvinout stabiln\u00ed inkoust na b\u00e1zi vody, kter\u00fd lze vytvrzovat UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm, neobsahuje ve vod\u011b rozpustn\u00e9 slo\u017eky, vytvrzuje se p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch a eliminuje pot\u0159ebu z\u00e1kladn\u00edch n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f nebo optimaliz\u00e1tor\u016f. To je to, co odli\u0161uje AQUAFUZE od ostatn\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"txt-media\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-md-6 my-auto\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Emulze je kl\u00ed\u010dem<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<div >\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Vych\u00e1zeli jsme ze znalost\u00ed z dal\u0161\u00edch oblast\u00ed spole\u010dnosti Fujifilm, v\u010detn\u011b na\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na termoelektrick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech.\/pozn.: z\u00e1znamov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly citliv\u00e9 na tlak. Toto interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed n\u00e1s p\u0159ivedlo k n\u00e1vrhu emulze jako v\u00fdchoz\u00edho bodu.<\/p>\n<p>V srdci AQUAFUZE je patentovan\u00e1 emulze vytvrzovan\u00e1 UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm. Tradi\u010dn\u011b jsou monomery vytvrzovan\u00e9 UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm extr\u00e9mn\u011b citliv\u00e9 na vodu, co\u017e vede k degradaci nebo p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9mu spojen\u00ed, pokud nejsou \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zpracov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 pr\u016flom p\u0159i\u0161el, kdy\u017e jsme vyvinuli vlastn\u00ed syst\u00e9m disperga\u010dn\u00edch \u010dinidel. Tento syst\u00e9m n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje obsahovat materi\u00e1ly reaguj\u00edc\u00ed na UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, \u017ee z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed izolov\u00e1ny od vody a\u017e do p\u0159esn\u00e9ho okam\u017eiku UV vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tato \u00farove\u0148 kontroly n\u00e1m umo\u017enila dos\u00e1hnout po\u017eadovan\u00e9 stability skladov\u00e1n\u00ed a tiskov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu, a to v\u0161e p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edkonov\u00fdch LED UV lamp pro vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-md-6 my-auto\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fujifilmprint.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/DSC7769-Edit-scaled-e1754307085245.jpg\" style=\"width: 100%\" \/>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"txt-media\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12 my-auto\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Pro\u010d jsme se vyhnuli ve vod\u011b rozpustn\u00fdm fotoinici\u00e1tor\u016fm<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<div >\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsme u\u010dinili, bylo zcela se vyhnout ve vod\u011b rozpustn\u00fdm fotoinici\u00e1tor\u016fm a monomer\u016fm. Jin\u00e9 pokusy o v\u00fdvoj syst\u00e9m\u016f UV inkoust\u016f na b\u00e1zi vody na tyto l\u00e1tky spol\u00e9haly, ale z chemick\u00e9ho hlediska m\u011b znepokojovala rizika.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee jsou relativn\u011b drah\u00e9, ve vod\u011b rozpustn\u00e9 fotoinici\u00e1tory a monomery maj\u00ed tendenci p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 snadno reagovat s vodou, co\u017e vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 probl\u00e9my s p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdm rozkladem a nestabilitou skladovatelnosti.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto toho jsme se jako prvn\u00ed v oboru zam\u011b\u0159ili na v\u00fdvoj fotoinici\u00e1tor\u016f nerozpustn\u00fdch ve vod\u011b a monomery. Usilovn\u011b jsme pracovali na v\u00fdvoji disperzn\u00edho procesu, kter\u00fd by tyto inici\u00e1tory udr\u017eel a monomery stabiln\u00ed a rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozlo\u017een\u00fd v cel\u00e9 barv\u011b. Toto rozhodnut\u00ed se vyplatilo z hlediska dlouhodob\u00e9 stability inkoustu a vysoce spolehliv\u00e9 vytvrzovac\u00ed schopnosti \u2013 ob\u011b tyto vlastnosti byly pro trh s velkoform\u00e1tov\u00fdm tiskem nezbytn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"txt-media\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12 my-auto order-md-2\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<h3>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<div >\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>V\u011bd\u011bli jsme, \u017ee AQUAFUZE mus\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it praktick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed probl\u00e9my pro poskytovatele tiskov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb i mimo laborato\u0159. U inkoust\u016f rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel m\u016f\u017ee dlouh\u00e1 doba odply\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed odd\u00e1lit dokon\u010den\u00ed tisku. Latexov\u00e9 inkousty vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit deformaci m\u00e9dia a zv\u00fd\u0161it n\u00e1klady na energii.<\/p>\n<p>S technologi\u00ed AQUAFUZE jsou potisky p\u0159ipraveny k dokon\u010den\u00ed ihned po vytvrzen\u00ed LED UV, m\u00edsto aby bylo nutn\u00e9 \u010dekat hodiny, nebo dokonce cel\u00fd den. Teplota vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed je n\u00edzk\u00e1, kolem 40 a\u017e 45 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia, tak\u017ee lze bez probl\u00e9m\u016f tisknout i na tepeln\u011b citliv\u00e9 podklady.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"txt-media\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-md-6 my-auto order-md-2\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div >\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou vlastnost\u00ed, na kterou jsem hrd\u00fd, je, \u017ee inkousty AQUAFUZE nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed podkladov\u00e9 n\u00e1t\u011bry ani optimaliz\u00e1tory. Adhezn\u00ed vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 jsme do inkoustu zakomponovali, znamenaj\u00ed, \u017ee se dob\u0159e p\u0159ilne k \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le m\u00e9di\u00ed hned po vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. To zjednodu\u0161uje pracovn\u00ed postupy a sni\u017euje celkovou spot\u0159ebu inkoustu a dodate\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l. Nav\u00edc inkoust nevy\u017eaduje vrchn\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br, na rozd\u00edl od latexov\u00e9ho inkoustu, d\u00edky vysok\u00e9 odolnosti UV inkoustu..<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 jsme se ujistili, \u017ee slo\u017een\u00ed inkoustu m\u00e1 n\u00edzkou v\u016fni a nen\u00ed ozna\u010deno jako nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd materi\u00e1l, co\u017e jej \u010din\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pro obsluhu.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee chemie za AQUAFUZE se tak li\u0161\u00ed od konven\u010dn\u00edch inkoust\u016f pro inkoustov\u00e9 tisk\u00e1rny, st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed tisk\u00e1rny nebyly kompatibiln\u00ed. To znamenalo, \u017ee jsme museli vyvinout hardwarovou platformu, kter\u00e1 by zvl\u00e1dla jedine\u010dn\u00e9 vlastnosti AQUAFUZE.  V\u00fdsledkem bylo vyvinut\u00ed tisk\u00e1rny Acuity Triton \u2013 prvn\u00ed tisk\u00e1rny navr\u017een\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro tento inkoust. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, to je jen v\u00fdchoz\u00ed bod. A\u0165 u\u017e jde o zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby schnut\u00ed, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie nebo odstran\u011bn\u00ed pot\u0159eby nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem bylo v\u017edy \u0159e\u0161it skute\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinac\u00ed chemie na b\u00e1zi vody s odolnost\u00ed v\u016f\u010di UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch jsme vytvo\u0159ili v\u00edce ne\u017e jen dal\u0161\u00ed inkoust. Opravdu v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee AQUAFUZE p\u0159edstavuje novou kategorii technologie inkoustov\u00e9ho tisku velkoform\u00e1tov\u00fdch tisk\u00e1ren \u2013 takovou, kter\u00e1 kombinuje to nejlep\u0161\u00ed z obou sv\u011bt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Jak se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f nad\u00e1le vyv\u00edjej\u00ed, materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 v\u011bdy z\u016fstanou \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edm bodem inovac\u00ed v oblasti inkoustov\u00e9ho tisku.
